Manicure Monday: Bee Colorful Nails

So when trying to come up with a nail look for today i decided to do something to go along with my next entry into the MakeUpBee's Bee Colorful competition. This look while being super cute and colorful is a bit on the messy side. If you have a glitter polish that works i would use that. I didn't have one in the color i wanted so i used loose glitter instead. Also, to create an even bigger contrast between the accent nail and the rest of my nails i decided to go with a matte pink polish.

Base Coat: Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle
Pink Polish: Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Pink Boa
Matte Top Coat: Hard Candy Just Nails in Matte-ly in Love
Base for Glitter: Sally Hansen Hard as Nails in Hard to Get
Glitter: Teal glitter from the Urban Decay Starlight Glitter Body Art Kit
Top Coat: Sally Hansen No Chip Acrylic Top Coat

To apply the glitter to my nails i first applied the white nail polish to give it something to adhere to. Then i poured the glitter over my nail, gently pressing it into the polish before tapping away the extra. If your container of glitter has a large enough opening you could just dip your nail but i think that would be even messier than my method.

That is all for the nails i'll post a link to the look to go with them here as soon as i get it posted.
